Let’s talk about consistency.
Because the truth is this: the moment life gets messy, the first thing most people do is disappear.
You tell yourself:
“I’ll come back when things slow down… when I feel better… when I have more time…”
But that moment rarely comes.
Life doesn’t stop giving you challenges.
Schedules don’t magically open up.
And the internet definitely does not pause.
Every time you pull back, you lose momentum.
Every time you disappear, your audience drifts—not out of disrespect, but because attention spans are short and someone else is still showing up.
It’s not personal.
It’s just how the online world works.
Showing up doesn’t mean being perfect.
It doesn’t mean oversharing.
It doesn’t mean pretending everything is fine when it isn’t.
It simply means staying present.
Some days, your version of consistency might look like:
Just enough to remind people:
You’re still here.
Still leading.
Still building.
Still committed.
And I say this from personal experience—not theory.
I’ve been through seasons that could have knocked me flat:
Any one of those moments could have been the end of my visibility.
But disappearing wasn’t an option.
I had a business on the line.
I had goals on the line.
I had a community watching.
So I pivoted.
I made intentional, strategic moves to keep my Bomb Party business not only alive—but thriving.
Because here’s what many people don’t realize:
If you keep vanishing every time life gets real, you will constantly feel like you’re starting from scratch.
And yes—every time you disappear, you are starting over.
You deserve better than rebuilding from zero every few months.
Here are three practical ways to stay present without burning yourself out:
You don’t need a perfect plan.
You don’t need a full face of makeup.
You don’t need a studio setup.
One small action keeps you connected.
Momentum is built through small, consistent steps—not big, occasional ones.
Presence beats perfection every single time.
Decide right now what your minimum visibility looks like:
Small, intentional consistency creates stability even when life feels unstable.

Take the break.
Rest if you need to.
Do what you must to get through your hard moment.
But don’t disappear.
Shake it off, gather yourself, and show up—even if it’s small.
Your future self will thank you for maintaining the momentum you worked so hard to build.
